Delivery is guaranteed throughout Switzerland. Delivery times may vary depending on the region.

What are the delivery times?
On average, allow 2 to 3 working days after validation of your order.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is free for purchases over CHF 500. For orders under this amount, a fee of CHF 35 is charged.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your purchases by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PostFinance, Twint or bank transfer.

Can I modify or cancel my order after validation?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped. We invite you to contact us quickly at contact@clos-selection.ch or by telephone.

Do I have to be a certain age to order?
Yes. Since wine sales are reserved for adults, you must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
Returns

Do you have a return policy?
Returns are only possible if the bottles are damaged or if the order contains an error. Please report any problems within 48 hours of receipt.

Are all your wines in stock?
The wines presented on our website are available unless otherwise stated. In the event of exceptional unavailability, we will contact you promptly.

How do you guarantee the quality of your wines?
Each vintage is meticulously selected, in direct collaboration with the winemakers. The bottles are stored in optimal conditions until they are shipped.
