Château la Martinette Estate

Since 2011, La Martinette has embraced organic viticulture, certified since 2020. The grapes are harvested by hand, and the soil is worked by horse to limit the impact on the land. Each parcel is vinified separately, according to its characteristics, in stainless steel, concrete vats, or wooden barrels. The objective is to preserve the freshness and minerality of the grapes through precise work at every stage. The Provençal climate, with its dry summers and the mistral wind, plays a key role in the quality of the grapes.
