Since 1986, Gilles Copéret has run the family estate with rigor and simplicity. Each plot is cultivated with respect for its natural environment, using sustainable practices, and vinified separately to reveal its individual character. The winery, modernized in 2005, allows for precise work thanks to winemaking in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures.

The estate produces eight vintages exclusively from its vines, to which is added a selection of grapes purchased from winegrowers who share the same values.

The result: frank, structured wines with a clear signature, which accurately reflect the expression of Beaujolais vintages.
