Made from Pinot Noir grown on a one-hectare, south/south-east facing clay-limestone parcel, this wine is hand-harvested and aged for 18 months in oak barrels (30% new). It stands out for its rounded, balanced and well-structured palate, with red fruit notes and an aging potential of up to 15 years, gradually developing leather and forest-floor aromas.
Perfect pairing with red meats, rich sauced dishes, and strong cheeses, served between 14 and 16°C.
