This wine comes from vines planted on limestone soils rich in marine fossils. It offers a nose of citrus and white fruits. Fresh and lively, with a beautiful minerality, it remains easy to approach and suitable for many occasions.

Wine profile

The opinion of sommelier David Biraud

The opinion of sommelier David Biraud
The color is a pale yellow with golden reflections, beautifully clear, already hinting at the precision of the wine. On the Nose, the terroir expresses itself directly: chalky and iodized minerality immediately asserts itself, that characteristic Chablis stone that you would recognize anywhere. White-fleshed fruits (pear, apple, white peach) gently adorn this mineral base without ever overpowering it. A straightforward, pure, and very honest nose. The Palate is slender, invigorating, with a vivacity that awakens the palate from the first sip. The body is lovely, generous without being heavy. Salinity progressively envelops the mouth, imparting an admirable, mouth-watering freshness. White-fleshed fruits reappear mid-palate, tender and clean. The perfectly integrated acidity carries the wine with remarkable energy, a true guiding thread. On the Finish, what length! The Chablis terroir reveals its full soul here: that "stone juice" that lovers of the appellation seek and which this 2024 generously offers. The minerality persists, saline and fresh, long after the last sip. A Chablis of character, taut and expressive, that speaks of its soil with rare sincerity.
