Made from Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle and Syrah grown on a clay-limestone terroir under organic farming, this rosé stands out for its freshness and balance. Vinified by direct pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, then aged on fine lees, it displays a brilliant pale pink color, an expressive nose of citrus, red berries and white flowers, and a lively palate with a mineral finish.
Perfect pairing with grilled red mullet, prawns, fresh brousse cheese, or red fruit sorbet.

Wine profile

The opinion of sommelier David Biraud

The opinion of sommelier David Biraud
Crafted from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle, and Syrah grapes, organically grown on a clay-limestone terroir bathed in Mediterranean sun, this rosé embodies the authentic soul of Provence. The estate, rich in history and a constant pursuit of excellence, expresses here the full richness of an exceptional terroir. Its pale pink color with brilliant reflections invites discovery. The expressive and delicate bouquet reveals a harmonious aromatic palette of citrus, small red fruits, and white flowers, testifying to the precise work in both the vineyard and the cellar. On the palate, the attack is lively and fresh, supporting a beautiful medium-bodied texture. The balance is remarkable: the fruit's indulgence melts into an elegant structure, before giving way to a mineral finish, the signature of a truly delightful wine. Complexity, freshness, and authenticity combine to make this rosé a wine of great dimension, as charming as it is demanding. A Côtes-de-Provence to be enjoyed young, on all occasions, from aperitifs to the most gourmet tables.
