The 2020 Morgon Côté du Py from Domaine Passot-Collonge presents a deep garnet color. Its nose reveals aromas of cherry, morello cherry, and kirsch. The palate is fleshy and very persistent, with a marked minerality on the finish that reflects the terroir. This wine requires a few years to reach its peak and offers an aging potential of 8 to 10 years.
