Made from a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle, Syrah and Tibouren grown on clay-limestone soils using organic farming, this rosé stands out for its harmony and aromatic intensity. Harvested at dawn and carefully vinified (slow pressing, stainless steel fermentation, aged 4 months on lees), it reveals a brilliant pale pink colour, a fruity and indulgent nose, and a long, flavourful palate.
Ideal pairings: vegetable crumble, lemon-confit white meat, goat cheese, or summer fruit salad.

Profil du vin

The opinion of sommelier David Biraud

The opinion of sommelier David Biraud
A pale robe with rose petal reflections immediately announces the finesse and assertive character of this Provençal rosé. The nose, delicate and fresh, elegantly opens with notes of white-fleshed fruits, peach, and citrus, revealing an aromatic purity that already speaks to the quality of the terroir. On the palate, the attack is lively and invigorating, carried by grapefruit zest that enlivens the whole. The round and smooth texture provides that gourmet and juicy side so characteristic of great Provence rosés. But it is the complexity that truly distinguishes this 2023: the aromatic layers follow one another naturally, testifying to a terroir wine in the fullest sense of the term, combining depth, precision, and authenticity. The remarkably fresh and persistent finish leaves an impression of undeniable balance and charm. A rosé of great dimension, generous without ever being heavy, elegant without ever being austere. A wine for all occasions, to be enjoyed in its youth as an aperitif or with a meal, and one that will appeal to discerning connoisseurs and epicureans alike, in search of immediate pleasure.
