Our story
Founded in Geneva, Clos Sélection is an importer and distributor of premium wines in Switzerland. Born from a passion for wine cultivated for over 20 years, our winery has chosen to work exclusively with renowned winemakers from Burgundy and other French regions. Our selection is aimed at both professionals and individuals, and can be discovered in our online cellar.
Our sommelier
An undisputed authority in the world of wine, David Biraud has worked in exceptional establishments such as L'Arpège, Le Crillon, and the Mandarin Oriental in Paris. His remarkable career has led him to win the titles of Best Young Sommelier of France, Best Sommelier of France, and Best Sommelier of France. He is also a Vice-World Champion.
For Clos Sélection, he supports and validates our work by writing a detailed commentary for each wine, highlighting their balance, character and potential for food and wine pairings.
Our commitments
At Clos Sélection, the quality of our wines is based on rigorous selection, a relationship of trust with our partners and impeccable service offered to our customers.
- We foster a direct and lasting relationship with each of our winemakers, some of whom we have known for over 20 years. Each wine is carefully selected and validated by our sommelier, who exercises careful control over all the vintages offered.
- Our stocks are stored in Geneva, in secure, temperature-controlled warehouses at the Free Ports, in a customs-free zone. Deliveries are made within 48 hours by Fert Services, experts in wine transport in Switzerland for over 100 years.
- Finally, we ensure that we offer personalized and high-end support at every stage of the journey on our website, to make this experience as seamless as it is exceptional.
