These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the site www.clos-selection.ch , operated by Belbek SA, 7, place du Molard, 1204 Geneva, for consumers domiciled in Switzerland.

2. Products and availability

Our wine offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site, while stocks last. Errors or changes may occur in exceptional circumstances.

3. Price

Prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT. Shipping costs are an additional charge and will be displayed before your order is confirmed.

4. Order

Any order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by email.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made exclusively within Switzerland by our logistics partner. Indicative delivery times are 2 to 3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

6. Payment

Payment is made via Twint or credit card. Payment data is processed securely.

7. Right of return

By law, there is no right of return. If the goods are compliant, we will review returns on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

8. Warranty and liability

We guarantee the quality of our delivered products according to industry standards. In the event of a corked or defective wine, please contact us within 7 days. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

9. Protection of minors

The sale of alcohol is prohibited to persons under 16 years of age (18 years for spirits). By ordering on the website, you confirm that you are of legal age.

10. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. The legal venue is the company's registered office, subject to the consumer's mandatory rights.
