Anita Kuhnel conducts the winemaking herself, ensuring that each plot's unique identity is respected. The high density of the vines promotes the quality of the grapes, while the harvest is often destemmed to refine the wines. Aging takes place primarily in vats, allowing the structure and aromas of the Chénas terroirs and surrounding vineyards to be revealed. All of the work emphasizes measured intervention in the vineyard, respecting the soils and natural balances.
