The estate owns plots in some of the most exclusive terroirs of the Côte de Nuits, including Clos des Rosiers — an exclusive monopoly in Morey-Saint-Denis — as well as the prestigious Grand Cru Latricières-Chambertin. These exceptional terroirs, on limestone and clay-limestone soils, give the wines their structure, minerality, and remarkable aging potential.

True to a resolutely traditional approach, Chantal Rémy favors long macerations, aging in barrels, one-third of which are new wood, without fining or filtration. The wines age in beautiful vaulted cellars from the 17th and 18th centuries, silent witnesses to a history that spans generations.
