The estate spans several plots located around Chablis, on limestone soils rich in marine fossils that give the wines their characteristic minerality. This location at the heart of the Chablis vineyard allows for a precise expression of the typicality of each terroir, through fresh, direct, and elegant cuvées.

Faithful to a respectful approach to the vine, Yannick Cadiou favors meticulous and sustainable work, paying particular attention to natural balances and fruit quality. Yields are controlled and harvests are carried out precisely to preserve the purity of the grapes.

In the cellar, winemaking is non-interventionist, allowing the character of the vintage and terroir to fully express itself. Each wine is crafted with rigor and sensitivity, in a constant pursuit of freshness, finesse, and authenticity, hallmarks of great Chablis wines.
