Domaine Harmand-Geoffroy, established in Gevrey-Chambertin since the late 19th century, is now run by Philippe Harmand, representing the fifth generation. The estate covers 9 hectares, where the vines are grown with a focus on maintaining the natural balance of the soil and the plants, using minimal intervention to preserve their integrity.

The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand before fermentation. The maceration period varies depending on the cru and the vintage. Aging takes place in oak barrels, with careful control of the proportion of new wood. Bottling occurs after about a year of aging, in order to preserve the wine’s natural balance.
